Gazprom offers investors 3 issues of bonds on Wednesday

MOSCOW, Aug 16 (PRIME) -- Russian gas giant Gazprom is accepting bids for three issues of bonds from 10:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, the company said.

Technical placement is preliminarily slated for August 21. Gazprombank is the placement organizer.

Gazprom did not disclose the terms of the issues.

According to Analytical Credit Rating Agency, each issue amounts to 40 billion rubles. The coupons are tied to the RUONIA rate.
